HEGAs

HEGA Filter Type II

The Type II adsorber is designed so that a pair of 2-inch thick parallel beds is separated by an air space. The beds are confined on four sides by stainless steel sheet metal.

Typical Applications

  • Nuclear

HEGA Filter Type IV

Type IV adsorbers include V-Bed adsorbers, which contain beds of carbon mounted in a V-bank configuration, and Cinersorb adsorbers, which have incinerable frames.

Typical Applications

  • Healthcare
  • Military
  • Nuclear
  • Pharmaceutical

HEGA Filter Type III

The Type III Deep Bed adsorber is designed to allow the replacement of spent carbon without replacing the adsorber frame. It is constructed of stainless steel and can be designed and built for almost any airflow. It is most often used for systems requiring large volumes of air and/or high residence times.

Typical Applications

  • Nuclear
